These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of brickstreetmusic.com and any apps, tools, or products offered by Brickstreet Music LLC ("Brickstreet Music," "we," "us"). By using this site, creating an account, or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

Brickstreet Music provides software applications, free browser-based tools, and a store where you can purchase digital products (such as app licenses or downloads) and, in the future, physical items or services. Product availability, pricing, and features are described on their respective pages and may change over time.

2. Accounts

An account is required to purchase anything from the store or access your purchase history and downloads. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and let us know at the contact below if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Purchases and payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise, and you agree to pay the price shown at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds, shipping and returns

Digital products and services: all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any digital product or service purchased through this site, except where required by applicable law. Please review a product's description carefully before buying.

Physical items. We ship to addresses in the United States only, for the flat shipping fee shown at checkout. Please check your shipping address before you pay, because we ship to the address you give us. We aim to ship within 7 business days of your order; delivery time after that depends on the carrier. If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at hello@brickstreetmusic.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Otherwise, physical items are final sale and we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or fit. Please check the size information on the product page before buying.

5. Free tools

The free tools on this site are provided as-is, with no account required, for general convenience. We don't guarantee they'll always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove them at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute any paid product; share your purchased downloads or account access with others; use the site to violate any law; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Intellectual property

Everything on this site — including software, design, text, and branding — belongs to Brickstreet Music LLC unless otherwise noted. Purchasing a digital product gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying software to you. Installing or using one of our apps is also governed by our Software License Agreement, which controls if it differs from these Terms about the software.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and everything on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site or any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brickstreet Music LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when that happens.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Brickstreet Music LLC's state of formation in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
